You also get one point (Award Dollar) for each dollar spent on all other purchases. You receive a bonus with first use of your Jet Blue From American Express credit card. With the initial purchase you receive 25 points as a gift. You don't have to accumulate many points to earn airfare. 200 points (Award Dollars) are equal to 1 TrueBlue point, and 100 TrueBlue points are equal to one round-trip flight. Track all of your expenses on one online account statement. Online access to your Jet Blue From American Express account is also provided. You can also pay your credit card bill online. You can print out a Year End Summary for Tax Purposes. This credit card comes with an Online Year End Summary of Charges that gives you access to essential information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Flexible features allow you to download different versions of the summary and print it out. You can also sort it by date, merchant name, or charge amount; review charges made within a category, such as Travel and Restaurant. You may also receive a paper Year End Summary in the mail by calling the number on the back of your Jet Blue From American Express card. Duplicate cards are complimentary. The Drawbacks The introductory rate of 3.99% ONLY applies if you plan to transfer a balance from another credit card. Otherwise the rate for the Jet Blue From American Express card is much higher. The APR is variable! The APR for purchases varies according to the applicant's credit history and will be calculated on .99%, 5.99%, 8.99% or 10.99% + Prime Rate. Cash Advances have an extraordinarily high APR depending on your credit rating. The APR for cash advances varies according to the applicant's credit history and the variable rate is a whopping 23.24 % variable rate! Monthly payments are applied to purchases first. The amounts that you pay monthly are not applied to the highest interest garnering activities such as taking out a cash advance. This can make paying off this card expensive! The introductory interest rate is not guaranteed. If you make a late payment on any bill during the first six months, not just your credit card bill, your introductory 0% rate can be replaced with the prime rate. The grace period is only twenty days. Jet Blue From American Express points and rewards will expire after one year. You need to use these up within one year or you will lose them. The Return Coverage is limited.
